SANJAY NIRUPAM
Born in the remote village of Rohtas in Bihar, Sanjay Nirupam spent his childhood there and after completing his schooling, moved to Patna in 1980 for higher education. He has been active in politics since his student life and graduated in 1986 in Arts with Honours in Political Science.
